Jilin Lanhua Energy Co., Ltd. was established in May 2015, specializing in the application of liquefied natural gas distributed energy, domestic trade and import trade of liquefied natural gas.
There are 50 liquefied natural gas distributed energy stations in Northeast China, with main customers including China Communications, China Construction, China FAW Group, Jilin Province Food Production Enterprise, Jilin Province Drug Production Enterprise, Inner Mongolia Northeast Breeding Enterprise, Changbai Mountain International Hotel, etc.
The main customers of liquefied natural gas import trade： Sinopec Natural Gas Co., Ltd; LNG receiving ports: Dalian, Tianjin, and Qingdao ports in China.
Domestic trade customers of liquefied natural gas: Northeast Sales Center of Sinopec Natural Gas Co., Ltd., New Austrian Energy, China Gas, Changchun Gas, Changchun Natural Gas, and other customers.
The registered capital of the company is RMB 49.5 million. In order to do a good job in importing liquefied natural gas, the registered capital of the company will be increased to RMB 100 million. When our company conducts international trade, the Bank of China is responsible for issuing necessary letters of credit.
In order to do a good job in the import of liquefied natural gas, a complete license and other documents required for the import of liquefied natural gas have been handled according to law. The main documents are as follows:
